Easiest Bread EVER!
I have to shear this bread with you– this literally helped my bread craving, and to be honest I prefer this bread over those flour bread.
You can make it within 2 minutes, YUMMY, and you can have fun with it by adding many fun ingredients.
I tried arrange the recipe to make cinnamon bread, cheesy bread, bacon & spinach bites,,, you can be as much creative as you possibly can!
You can have so much fun with the bread! I could make sandwich without any issue- put deli meat and vegetables without bread falling apart.
My husband made Eggs Benedict the other day, so I asked to swap the english muffin to this bread. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!

Keto Friendly EASY bread

|Cook Time||80 sec|
- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Large Egg
- Add-onsons Be Creative! Cinnamon + Stevia, Shredded Cheese + Spinach, SF chocolate chips + Stevia, etc..
Mix almond flour, baking powder and melted butter in a flat small pan or dish. Mix Well.
Add egg, mix well. If you would like, add other fun ingredients 🙂
Cook in microwave for 80-90 seconds. Always do less- if you cook too long, it’ll be dense and dry.
If you would like to toast it, cook less in microwave and let it be crispy in the toaster.
