Yet, the fact remains that the current science still struggles to conclusively determine how exactly exogenous BHB administration influences ketosis. In particular, it is still unclear whether exogenous administration of BHB ketone salts has any significant influence on ketosis promotion. In light of this, the references made by Real Ketones seem to be biased at best.
